Get The Abs You've Always Wanted!

This is a pretty simple routine and it’s not very time consuming.

And therefore you can implement it in your gym workout or just use it as an ab workout at home. It’s a very short workout but if you do it a few days a week you will see results pretty fast. The routine consist of 4 exercises that will target your abs. You should do 4 sets with about 20-30 sec of rest between each exercise. And between each set you should rest for 60 sec.
